Manchester United players want club to allow disruptive star a transfer away

Manchester United players reportedly want to see Paul Pogba sold in this summer’s transfer window.

The France international’s future has dominated headlines for months now, and it’s fair to say he doesn’t really seem worth the hassle after an inconsistent three years at Old Trafford.

Whilst no doubt a top talent on his day, Pogba doesn’t seem an ideal fit for United, and it seems the club’s players feel the same, according to the Sun.

The report mentions interest from Real Madrid and Juventus, and it may well be time for MUFC to cash in on the 26-year-old.

Still, the Sun claims Ed Woodward is against selling the player as he worries about the damage it would do to United’s reputation as a big club.

We’d argue our reputation is only more damaged by clinging on to a disruptive player who doesn’t want to be there and who isn’t wanted by his team-mates, but whatever works for you, Ed!
